Coffee Walks -- Practicing my Energy Patterns

I like to practice the energy patterns I learn in Tai Chi class and meditation while walking down the street drinking coffee. The more I practice in ordinary situations, the easier practicing becomes. Here are some examples.

2015-10-8 Thursday
I've been drinking coffee so long that it doesn't effect me much anymore.

2015-10-14 Wednesday
My current process: drink coffee and tea, but stop for two days (Tuesday, Wednesday). Today I'm especially low, but counting backwards from 10 to 0 while doing normal tasks kept me ticking.

2015-11-15 Sunday
Right after finishing a cup, I set my cell phone countdown timer for 5 minutes. I calm down, listen inside, and become aware of what arises. When the timer goes off, I allow myself to start my activity with the newly retrieved information.

2015-11-30 Monday
I've been walking with a 3-lb wooden tai chi ball, but a basketball or smaller ball works. Rotating the ball and circling it near my abdomen as I walk, I can feel the core connectivity.
